Sims - William Scott

William Scott Sims, a prominent citizen of Frankfort is dead.
He was superintendent of the school of Clinton Co. from 1885 to
1887 and was later elected prosecuting attorney by the
Republicans. About 35 or 40 years ago he attended Wabash
College.
